1. How will you ship my order?
We ship all orders using the United States Postal Service with tracking information to ensure you know exactly where your package is at all times.
2. How soon will my order arrive?
Orders are shipped within 24 hours of order confirmation, unless otherwise stated on specific product lines. You can expect to receive your bag within 7-10 business days.

3. What if the bag style or color that I want is already sold out?
Since we carry limited quantities of each style and color, products do sell out quickly. However, if you email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know which sold out item you’d like to purchase, we will be more than happy to contact our manufacturer to see if they can still make one for you. It usually takes 30 days at most to create a product and for us to receive it back at our warehouse in the US. If you would like to proceed, we will send you a link to pre-order the sold out item. These special orders will not be eligible for returns and refunds unless you received it with manufacturing defects or damaged through shipping.
4. Where do you source your leather?
All the bags from all our collections are made with high quality Italian leather.
5. How should I care for my bag?
When not in use, we always recommend keeping it in the dust bag. For bags with the soft raw leather, we also suggest putting in some stuffing to give the bag some structure while in storage.
If your bag needs cleaning, we suggest using a soft dry cloth to immediately wipe away any dirt. Please do not use cleaning wipes as these may contain abrasive elements that could damage or stain your leather.
6. What is your return policy?
We truly hope that anyone who purchases one of our beautiful bags will want to keep it. But we realize that minds change and so we want to make this process painless and easy - for both of us! Just send us an email requesting for a return label and we’ll email you one within 24 hours. Refer to the Return and Refund Policy for full details.
7. My order shows delivered and I did not receive my package. What should I do?
If your package shows delivered and you are unable to locate the package please notify us immediately at email@example.com so that we can start an investigation with the carrier.
