While we stand behind the quality of our products, we understand that minds change and unforeseen events such as shipping damage can happen. We are happy to refund your purchase within 10 days of the date you received it.
To return your item, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org to request for a return label. We will send you your return label no later than 24 hours from the email request.
Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Bags must also be in the original packaging and including all accessories such as the detachable strap, dust bag, and other enclosures.
Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error, will not be eligible for a refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Your refund will then be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 24-48 hours from receipt of the item.
Due to the nature of our sales, all items purchased on sale are final and may not be returned or refunded. Exceptions may be made in extreme cases where the item arrived damaged.
